Stoofy Summer Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is run by Stoofy (stoofy.uk). The promoter is Siobhán McKiernan, Kent, UK.
  2. Entry is free and open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  3. To enter: follow @stoofystudio on Instagram and complete the sign-up form at [URL], including a valid email address. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  4. Entrants who make a purchase at the Stoofy stall at The London Illustration Fair or other in-person markets and pop-ups, or via the Stoofy online shop at stoofy.uk, will receive one bonus entry for every £15 spent (e.g. £15 spend = 1 bonus entry, £30 spend = 2 bonus entries). Maximum 5 bonus entries per entrant. Bonus entries for in-person purchases must be claimed at the stall at the time of purchase and recorded by Stoofy. Bonus entries for online purchases will be applied manually within 5 working days of the qualifying order.
  5. One free entry per person. Bonus entries are in addition to the free entry and are subject to clause 4.
  6. The prize is one original mixed media painting from the Say Something Collection or equivalent, selected by the promoter, with an approximate retail value of £325. The specific piece will be announced via @stoofystudio on Instagram prior to the draw. No cash alternative is offered. The prize is non-transferable.
  7. The winner will be selected at random at 8pm on 31 August 2026 and announced via @stoofystudio on Instagram. The winner will also be contacted by the email address provided at entry. If the prize is unclaimed within 14 days a new winner will be drawn.
  8. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 31 August 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
  9. By completing the sign-up form, entrants consent to receive email communications from Stoofy. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your data will not be shared with third parties. For full details see the Stoofy privacy policy at stoofy.uk. However, at the time of the prize draw - an active email, Stoofy communications subscription and social media follow must all be in action to qualify for the prize draw. The promoter will check this upon selection on 31st August 2026 at 8pm.

  11. Stoofy reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw in exceptional circumstances, including where the number of valid entries received is insufficient to make the draw viable. In the event of cancellation, no prize will be awarded. Any changes or cancellation will be announced via @stoofystudio on Instagram.
  12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
