Refund & Returns Policy

Original Artwork

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original hand-painted artwork, all sales are considered final. Each piece is carefully photographed and described in full — please review all images and details before purchasing.

If you have any questions about size, colour, texture, finish, or subject matter, please get in touch at hello@stoofy.uk before completing your purchase. I am always happy to provide additional photos or information.

 

Damaged in Transit

All original artworks are professionally packaged and fully insured during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged:

1.       Do not discard any packaging

2.      Photograph the damage immediately — including the outer packaging

3.      Contact me within 48 hours at hello@stoofy.uk

 

I will manage the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange either a full refund or, where possible, a remedy. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in this case. Return of the damaged artwork may be required as part of the insurance process, and this will be arranged and covered by me.

 

Art Prints

Limited Prints

Limited prints are produced in a fixed numbered edition. While these are considered a final sale, I understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem.

 

Returns on limited prints will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

         The print arrives damaged in transit

         The wrong print has been sent

 

In these cases, please photograph the issue and contact me at hello@stoofy.uk within 14 days. I will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by me.

 

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, as each limited print is a considered purchase from a fixed edition.

 

Made-to-Order Prints

Made-to-order prints are produced specifically upon purchase and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the exceptional circumstances listed above (damaged in transit or wrong item sent).

Please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. If you have any questions, get in touch before ordering.

 

Apparel & Accessories

You have 28 days from receipt to notify me of a return for apparel and accessories. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the item — a total of up to 28 days.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

 

How to Return (Apparel & Accessories)

4.      Email hello@stoofy.uk within 28 days of receipt

5.      Include your order number and reason for return

6.      I will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

7.       Ship the item back securely in its original packaging

8.      Refund processed within 7 days of me receiving the return

 

Non-Returnable Items

         Original one-of-a-kind artwork (unless damaged in transit)

         Made-to-order prints (unless damaged in transit or wrong item sent)

         Personalised or commissioned pieces

         Items marked as final sale

         Apparel or accessories returned after 28 days or not in original condition

 

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of me receiving and inspecting the returned item.
